This package is designed for the Shapeoko XXL by Carbide 3D running Carbide Create. Although these files may work with other machines and software, we cannot guarantee operation for any other device / controller

Included in the downloaded folder is a text file with these instructions and 3 subfolders as listed below.

Shapeoko Files - These are .NC files ready to run on your shapeoko machine. 

Carbide Create Files - These are Carbide Create files for making any modifications.

Original Art Files – These are the original art files which you can use to import this design into another program. Included is the same file, in 3 formats; EPS, PDF & DXF

Candy_Dispenser_FINAL: :

This file is set up to run on 3/4” MDF cut to 18” x 24” with a ¼”end mill. Other materials can be used but modifications to the file will need to be performed, including bit settings. Note that the length of the feet of the round part and the slot that parts slides into are directly influenced by the thickness of the material. Included in this file is a template for the plastic parts. you will need (x2) pieces of plastic cut to 8“ x 8” square. Affix the plastic sheet to the template with double sided tape, then trim each one individually on a router table with a straight bit.

ASSEMBLY:

This item is comprised of 9 parts, 7 parts out of MDF which must be glued or taped together, then 2 pieces of clear plastic which must be installed prior to final assembly of the MDF parts. We suggest using 100% silicone caulk to attach the plastic as it is food safe. An assembly video is included with this package.
